Concept of Generative AI in creative field.

You might have thought about this question "What is the concept of generative AI & why it is important?", In simple words Generative AI refers to a set of tools and algorithms that can generate new content automatically, to do so generative AI uses techniques or technologies such as neural network, deep learning, and probabilistic models although the main highlight of generative AI is they can learn from existing data and generate new content by extending their existing data.

Talking about Creative Arts, it requires lots of thinking and practice to improve creativity but generative AI lacks both abilities to think and practice, but generative AI has the potential to transform the creative process in arts and design, with correct prompt it can generate high quality media including images, concept art music etcetera.

I am not sure you are aware of it or not but there is an ongoing debate about whether generative AI is an agent or a tool. Even we consider it a tool, tools are not neutral. What I want to say is when photography was emerged painters were feared of it, they thought it would be end of art, similarly many people are feared that it would end their job especially jobs related to creativity, In my opinion there is no need to worry that it would end creative jobs instead we should learn how to use it and how we can speed up our work using generative AI, creative people can use generative AI to get an illustration of their idea and can set a baseline of their work using it.

Like other technologies like computers and vehicles there is no doubt that generative AI will take over some jobs but at the same time it will open many other job opportunities, the most important thing is we should know how to use AI and how can we improve our work using it and as I mentioned earlier there is no need to  fear that it will end jobs instead we should sharpen our skills and create more unique things while collaborating with AI.
